By using Private Table you agree to these Terms of Use.
The service
Private Table lets nearby devices share live voice over the local network or Bluetooth. Joining a table is free. Hosting a table requires an auto-renewable Host subscription sold through the App Store.
Subscriptions
- Host Monthly: one-month auto-renewable subscription.
- Host Yearly: one-year auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Unused portions of a free trial, if offered, are forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Private Table to harass anyone, record people without any consent required by law, or interfere with nearby devices. You are responsible for how you use the microphone in public places.
Privacy
Voice is sent directly between devices at your table. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” Nearby discovery depends on Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and device permissions. We do not guarantee audio quality or that another person will be discoverable.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
